Malawi Update: Thank you for all the prayers and condolences for our Malawi work. http://100xmissions.org/?p=208 The children are doing well and Dana made it safe to Malawi. Gracian’s recovery is coming along quickly.

—————————————————————–

It’s been rumored that I was a late talker. The family tried their best to help me create a vocabulary…

“Ma…ma…ma…”

“Daaa…Daaaaa…Daaaaaaaaaaaaaawg.”

(Daaaaaaaaaaaaawg is the actually word length and pronunciation in the South.)

However, it’s also rumored that once I started talking I never quit!!!!!!

Hmph!

That’snottrueidonottalkthatmuchandverythingisaymakesperfectseneseanineverchangesubjectsorleavebytrainofthoughtwhensquireldoingwithinthemiddleofanotherthoughtclimbingatreethere’snothingtoremaingfocused.

BUT talking is a GREAT way to create content and products. Its super fast! And since we ALL talk it should also be easy.

“Paul, it’s not the talking that’s hard, it’s what to talk about.”

Here are 3 ways to let others tell you what to talk about.

01 :: Market Mind Reading

Want to know what the market s thinking? 4 words for you… mag-a-zine rack (That’s two words elsewhere but 4 here in Bama.) Every article is a hot niche topic.

02:: Send a Survey

Ask you people what they like, dislike and want more of. Then you cover the info. They are telling you want they want. You just talk about what they turn in. (The survey tool I use.)

03:: Q & A

This is my personal favorite. Every month in Nicheology we do a live Q & A. Members turn in their questions and get them answered on the call. There’s no guess work about what needs to be covered.

Ask questions in our market. Go to a forum in your niche and simply post something like… “I’m working on a project to answer some of the most pressing questions facing _____. If you have anything you would like answered for free, just PM me.”

Now then… It would be wrong for me not to practice what I preach, so…

Mark Thompson and I are going to a secret location (probably somewhere close to a “Five Guys Burgers & Fries”) to meet with successful business builder and coach, John Morgan.

We are going to turn on the recorder and start tapping into the topics of Buzz Marketing, Brand Building, and Rapid Product Creation. So if you have questions that you would like to ask about these topics, this will be your chance to ask.

We could talk for HOURS on these topics (not hype), but we want to answer YOUR questions. And this is not limited to just online businesses. If you have an offline (brick and mortar) business and want to get some coaching insight, don’t let this get by without sending in at least one question. Yes, that implies that you can send in MORE than one question. :)

Both John and I have been working in the business world for years. We’ve seen businesses come and grow. And we’ve seen them sink and go. The question is, WHY does this happen and what can you do to make sure you’re not the “sink and go” business? I can give you the answer right now. The answer is: “It Depends.”

You see, your business is like no one else’s. So when you send in your questions, please try and be as specific as possible. This is your chance to get some specific answers for YOUR business.

Be sure to send in your questions today. We’ll read them, answer them, and compile them for you after the clandestine meeting.

As always…

Success is NOT an Accident,
Paul

P.S. John Morgan kicks it HARD at www.internetfuse.com. They are always talking about how awesome he is over there. This is your chance to see him in full force, sharing a literal fortune of wealth-producing insight. AND with both of us there, we have made a pact to NOT even meet if we can’t have a blast! So: (1) ask your questions (2) prepare to have fun, and (3) get ready to soak up specific answers to your specialized questions

  1. Hi Paul et al.

    It would be helpful to hear your thoughts about decision making regarding branding. What comes to markets and products, there are ways to test them to a certain level, but how about branding? What are the signs and variables you look for when deciding upon branding?

    Based on what do you make your branding decisions when you are branding yourself/your customer, a new company, or a new product?

    What do you consider “successful” branding and when you call it off?

    What are the 5 most important brand building steps one needs to take for successful brand building?

    … Simply looking forward to see how you two talkative and knowledgeable guys can quit before your recorder runs out of batteries… I wish all the best luck and endurance for the editor and translator of this recording ;-D

    Thanks!

    Ok, here is my question.
    How can I make money real quick online, not like overnight but like three months is quick for me.
    I know the following-create a product and sell or affiliate marketing.
    The problem here is I do not have money to outsource and I have never written an article to sell something and have no idea how to build a website.
    AS at now I cannot create good looking redirect links for my site that is now down and I am buying a new domain name to start another site tonight and start some affiliate promotion and I am all so confused.
    I know I am alone in all this so if you guys give me some ideas I will appreciate.
    Thanks Paul for all those words of encouragement you give, i always have to read your mails, always.

  3. Question re: Buzz Marketing

    1. When starting a new niche blog, can you start use twitter to get the buzz started?
    2. If you can use twitter, how do you get tweeting followers?

    Questions re: Brand Building

    1. Do you employ the same methods in building a brand for an information based niche blog, as you would a product line in an ebay store?
    2. What are your top ideas for building brand awareness?

    Rapid Product Creation Question(s)

    1. Using a Nicheology product as a starting point, I am creating an ebook to sell on a niche blog. I’m Having a terrible time doing it rapidly. It never seems good enough.

    How do you know when it’s done? There’s always more you can add and there’s always someone else who seems to have written a better, more complete inforation product on the subject.

    I even have a hard time beleiving anyone would buy it.
    How do you overcome that? Should I just throw it out there and see what happens?

    Thanks very much for answering any of these questions.

    Sincerely,
    Maureen Mancha
