Bought a bike.
Rode 25 miles Saturday…11 miles Sunday (4 a.m. before church)…16 miles Tuesday. That’s 52 miles so far. Definitely want to get to 100 by the end of the week. 
Since years have passed since riding last I’m feeling it!! But it is FUN!!! (See point #1 in the 4 lessons from 4 decades report http://budurl.com/4lessons.)
Dropped 10 pounds so far (See the Income DNA Report http://budurl.com/IncomeDNA).

01:: Rapid changes can be made with WORK!!!!
02:: Success does not take long with FOCUS and COMMITMENT.
There’s no doubt in my mind that you can make it online. But it is not going to be as “easy” as you’ve been told (or believed).
The process is simple, but the application can be challenging.
As you know, my physical goal:
Lose 15 pounds in 30 days
Process:
Eat less and Exercise
Broad Application:
Higher protein. Less burgers and Pizza. Weight lifting 3 times a week. Biking 3-4 times a week.
More Specific Application:
(Day 1 in the gym for example)
Bench press 5 sets:
Set 1: 12 @ 135
Set 2: 10 @ 175
Set 3: 08 @ 205
Set 4: 06 @ 225
Set 5: 04 @ 250
Incline Presses 3 sets:
Set 1: 12 @ 50
Set 2: 10 @ 65
Set 3: 08 @ 80
And so forth. It’s simple, but not easy. It takes effort.

You make a plan and you WORK it. Heck, almost everyone on this list has had the opportunity to watch and apply the 360 Cash Catalyst. Have you DONE it? Have you WORKED it? Have you taken the initial results of your launch and then tweaked your process to make it more effective?
Most likely you have bought dozens of internet products. Have you followed through completely with just ONE of them without getting distracted?
